I spoke with my Curt representative, who tells me that the front face of the receiver would sit 10-3/4 inches rearward of the rear-most mounting hole. If you find the rear most mounting hole in the underside of the frame member and measure 10-3/4 inches rearward, it'll give you a good idea of how far back the face of the receiver would sit.
I've edited a photo for you that shows this dimension. view full answer...
Typically when a fifth wheel trailer is installed in the bed of a truck the center of the jaws of the hitch where the king pin will sit will be either right above the rear axle or slightly forward of it.
For your 1997 Ford F-250/350 with a short bed it will end up being right at 1-1/2 inches forward of the rear axle.
To determine the distance from the pin to cab of your truck you will need to measure 40-1/4 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed. That is where the center of the king... view full answer...
The overall length of the side plate that attaches to the frame on the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1000 referenced in your question is 22-1/2 inches.

Congrats on your new truck! The Tekonsha Commander used a different plug than the current Tekonsha proportional brake controllers but if your truck has a factory 7-way connector you will have a brake controller port you can plug into. Hopefully this is what the prior owner plugged the Commander into.
You will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3035-P. This installs to the underside of the steering wheel, which you will need to remove the trim panel below the steering column... view full answer...
According to the manufacturer, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65022 measures 51-1/2 inches wide, from end to end (which is what I assume you were referring to by length). It is 7-1/4 inches deep and just over 16 inches tall. I have added a link to the instructions for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45502 for your 1997 Ford F-250 has a dimension of 36-7/8" separating the inside of the mounting plates. The mounting bolt holes are separated by 35-1/2" on center. I have included an image below to show you the points I measured. view full answer...
Hitch pins like the # e98882 do not carry specific weight ratings. They have more than enough capacity to match that of the hitch in which they will be used because they do not bear the weight of the trailer since the tongue weight pins the mount into the hitch tube. This hitch pin is for Class III and Class IV hitches and will work on Class V 2" hitches.
Included is a review video for reference.
It is always a good idea to also revisit your owner's manual regarding vehicle towing... view full answer...
As long as your 1997 Ford F-350 is not a step side, does not have a double wall bed, and is not a dually then the Brophy tie downs, # HSSF, will fit. The tie downs do not have an official capacity because they are rated for whatever the truck bed can handle. Consult your owners manual to determine the capacity.
I also recommend adding the hardware package # TDHP to secure the camper to the tie downs. view full answer...
When the Pilot Aluminum Universal Side Step Bar # AS-400 that you referenced is installed the step will be right at 7-3/4 inches below where it mounts so that would be right at where you said you'd need.
These are a universal style fit too so they would work well on your 1997 Ford F-250. view full answer...
On the above the bed rails that the CURT Spyder, # 16085 fits into, there are 3 sets of mounting slots per rail. The CURT hitch uses the middle set which are 20-5/8 inches apart on center. From front to back they should be approximately 22 inches apart on center. I have included a link to the installation details for the hitch for you. view full answer...

I contacted the vendor and the Valterra RV Water Tank - Non-Toxic - ABS Plastic - 24" x 8" x 16" - 12 Gallons # R8024 does not have any specific pressure rating since it is designed to be gravity fed or used with low-pressure water pumps.
The dimensions are 24" long, 8" wide, and 16" tall (see attached photo). As long as your space is larger than theses dimensions, it will fit. I attached a short demonstration video for you. view full answer...
I was able to obtain from Curt a chart showing key dimensions for their 3-Piece Trailer Hitch # C15511 (and other hitch models) that I linked for you. This shows that for hitch # C15511 the overall front-to-back length is just under 24-inches. The height from the top of the mount down to the top of the receiver tube is 8-inches. view full answer...

On the Chicago Blackhawks 2" Hitch Cover # OHCC003, the measurement from the center of the hitch pinhole to the end of the tubing is 1/2 an inch. From the face of the cover to the center of the hitch pinhole, that measures 3 inches. I went ahead and attached a diagram of these measurements for your convenience. view full answer...
Trailer hitch lock # e98882 does not have an official weight capacity because it exceeds what the trailer hitches are capable of (for Class III and IV hitches). So it can handle a 10,000 pound trailer or more. The diameter of the thicker ends of this lock are approximately 1 inch.
Lock # e98890 is a coupler latch lock. The diameter of the pin is 1/4 inch. The length of the pin is 7/8 inches. The ends are 1 inch in diameter as well. Since this is for the trailer coupler it would not interfere... view full answer...
